At Petals Therapy, we offer high-quality clinical supervision for Speech and Language Therapists working across schools, early years, community and independent practice.


Our supervision is supportive, reflective and professionally robust, designed to help SaLTs feel confident, safe and well-supported in their clinical decision-making while meeting HCPC and RCSLT standards.


Whether you are newly qualified, returning to practice, working independently, or seeking additional supervision alongside your employment, our service provides a flexible and responsive space to reflect, grow and develop.

Our Speech & Language Therapy supervision is suitable for:

  • Remote sessions via secure video platform
     
  • Flexible frequency (monthly, half-termly or as agreed)
     
  • Sessions aligned with HCPC and RCSLT supervision guidance
     

Supervision agreements can be tailored to meet individual, organisational or contractual requirements.

Supervision is provided by highly experienced, HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapists with extensive experience across education, community and independent practice.
